I have been seeing Charity for 12  years now, and I can't say enough about how much her body work has affected my quality of life. She is a highly skilled practitioner with a thorough understanding of body structure, and uses this knowledge to help me feel my best! I've come in with various aches and pains over the years, and she has always been an excellent listener, who then recommends exercises to do at home to alleviate pain (and they work!). She has referred me to other specialists if something is outside her realm of expertise. She also has an amazingly kind spirit--I'm so glad I found her practice!

I can't say enough about how wonderful I feel after I receive a message from Charity. Her touch and sense of body is outstanding. I received treatments from her during and after my breast cancer journey, which has made a profound difference in my ability to heal inside and out. She has a healing touch, a gift if you will !  I have been a client of Charity's for several months now.  I have chronic idiopathic edema that seems to be getting worse as I get older.  Diuretics help but this past year I have been experiencing severe tightness in my feet and theyfeel as if they are going to explode.  Nothing seemed to be helping.  When a friend suggested that I see a massage therapist that specialized and understood the lymphatic system, I thought why not!  At the end of my first session with Charity, I could not believe how "normal" my feet felt.  The pressure was gone.  It was like a miracle.  Since then every session has produced positive results.  With Charity's guidance, compassion, and genuine interest in my well being, I know I will continue to make improvements.  Charity is an excellent communicator and very passionate about her profession.  I would recommend Charity to anyone.  Another plus is that Charity comes to my home.  I can't thank her enough and will recommend her to anyone interested in massage therapy.
